VIS-K Line
A range of heavy-duty, fixed-bowl spiral mixers built in Italy, engineered to knead both soft and stiff dough (up to 45% hydration) with minimal noise and low maintenance, optimizing power relative to floor space.
The VIS-K line features robust spiral mixers designed and manufactured in Italy by LP Group SRL, tailored for the harshest bakery environments in the Middle East and Africa. Constructed from food-grade stainless steel, each model includes a reinforced straight breaking bar specifically engineered for stiff dough textures. A solid frame and double-spiral transmission—powered via an efficient belt system—ensure silent operation and minimal maintenance requirements. Two separate motors, one for the spiral and one for the bowl, deliver high power-to-size ratios, limiting temperature rise during kneading and preserving dough integrity. The control panel is fitted with dual electro-mechanical timers (Sitec 72×72), a bowl rotation selector, a manual jog button for precise dough handling, a timer bypass switch for high-speed motor engagement, and an emergency-stop button. These mixers can handle hydration levels up to 45%, making them versatile for a wide range of bakery products.
