A high-capacity, quiet electric centrifugal sifter built entirely from food-grade stainless steel, designed to break up flour lumps and remove contaminants for medium to large bakery operations.
The RotoSift-180 is a sanitary, electric centrifugal sifter engineered to operate with minimal vibration and noise. Its low-profile hopper feeds flour upward through dual augers, delivering it into a centrifugal chamber where high-speed paddles break up lumps and force flour through a barrel-shaped perforated screen. Extraneous materials—such as paper, strings, twigs, tags, larvae, and insects—are separated and expelled into an external tank for easy disposal. With dual motors and a large screening area, the RotoSift-180 can sift up to 3.5 metric tons of flour per hour (using a 10 mm perforation screen). This ensures flour aeration, removes contamination, and maintains dough quality in production. Safety features include a hopper grid lock that prevents operation if opened, and rapid‐release mechanisms facilitate quick screen changes and thorough cleaning.
