The Minicombo E 40×60 is a compact rotary convection oven designed exclusively in an electric version, optimized for small to medium-sized bakeries. It is available in two models supporting either 8 or 10 trays sized 40×60 cm. The oven features a motorized extractor hood, a stainless steel vapor suction system, and a durable stainless steel base. Built for performance, it includes high-efficiency armored heating elements and a new, fully removable humidifier for powerful steam control. The cooking chamber, door, and façade are all made of stainless steel for hygiene and durability. A double-glazed front door ensures heat retention and visibility. For added flexibility, users can configure the base to include a tray holder, a proofer, or an electric chamber with proofer.
